Wudang Taiyi Qin Pu 23 Postures



Tina Faulkner Elder and Gordon Faulkner show the Wudang Taiyi Wuxing Quan (also known by its old name of Wudang Taiyi Qin Pu 23 Postures). It was created by Daoist Zhang Shouxing sometime between 1488-1505 at the Purple Cloud Temple on Wudang Mountain.
